The flat for foreign students of the university is in the Central Campus, which consists of 2 grades.
- Grade I ( Single room ):RMB 3000 Yuan/semeter, with washing room, shower, air-conditioner. Refrigerator, TV, telephone, computer access to the internet and washing machine are for mutual use.
- Grade I ( two students share one room ):RMB 2000 Yuan/semeter for each student, with washing room, shower, air-conditioner. Refrigerator, TV, telephone, computer access to the internet and washing machine are for mutual use.
